African Black Soap for Face and other skin conditions like acne and itchy skin. In Ghana, they use it for itchy skin patches. I purchase this directly from Africa, put a little more shea butter to make it more gentle. This soap is traditionally soft because of the natural lye they make themselves. They make their own lye using ash.
