SHIPPING DETAILS
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding Holidays. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed the next business day. Orders may take 1-3 business day's to process.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS).
Please allow for 7-14 business days of total processing/delivery time, excluding Federal USA Holidays.
Shipping Charges: Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the parcel's weight, size and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple packages. Once the package has been shipped, Nail Ink is unable to retrieve the package. No refunds nor order cancellations can be applied.
Shipping Flat Rate/ Discounts/ Specials DO NOT apply to Heavy and/or Larger items.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS
Please Note: All pickup orders must be claimed within 6 months (180 days) of the order date.

If your order is not picked up within 180 days, it will be considered abandoned, and:

The merchandise will be restocked or disposed of at our discretion.
The purchase amount will forfeited and nonrefundable, without exception.
This policy applies to all orders placed through our website or in person for pickup.
We will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided at checkout. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely pickup.
UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS
If a package(s) is returned to Nail Ink as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, recipient refusal, or inability to deliver, Nail Ink will issue a refund to the customer, excluding any potential shipping costs associated with the return (this includes original shipping cost).
If the shipping company made an error, the customer may request to file a claim within 30-days of original order date. Please email sales@shopnailink.com to request a shipping claim. We will submit a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier. If claim is accepted, Nail Ink, will then refund the customer the original shipping cost associated with the order, excluding any additional cost for the initial return. Please note: if the customer made an error on their own shipping address, most carriers will NOT refund shipping cost.
If the customer will like the items shipped back, they will have to place a new order.
