Most products are sold by a quantity of 1 and/ or 1 item per selection/color. If an item is a “pack”, “case”, etc.; pack quantities will be specified.
Main product pictures may contain more than one item to showcase which items are within that collection. Product descriptions will indicate what is included with that item/ selection. Some items feature other products to showcase what the product is or what it can be used for.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Due to the health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders unless there is a manufacturer defect. Only submit a RMA request if you meet one of the following criteria:
- Received damaged items
•Manufacture defects
•Missing items from your order
RMA request will be rejected if you do not meet the criteria above mentioned.

No cancellations or changes to orders after being placed.

Nail Ink always tries to ship all items on your order, however, sometimes, an item(s) becomes unavailable (out of stock). Available items will be shipped out and unavailable products will be refunded back to the original payment used.
