Directions: File nails and soak one hand at a time in a water solution. Dry hand and apply cuticle softener. Gently push the cuticle back with an orangewood stick. Remove excess cuticle with a towel. You may apply cuticle cream. Use nippers only to remove hangnails. Wash hands and dry. Apply polish.To remove stain from the skin. Saturate cotton and rub area with circular motion until the color is removed. Removes ink, carbon ribbon dyes, hair tints, dyes, color rinses & other stains.
